Top Testing Songs From 2005

We tested the Top 30 Most-Played Holiday Songs from 2004 according to Nielsen BDS in four American formats. Radio listeners were invited to rate the songs through Pinnacle Media's revolutionary OnlineTRACKER music research system. Listeners were recruited through Radio Music Survey.com and completed the survey from 23 - 29 November 2005.

Our online list includes the 2004 spin rank so you can see how the number of spins the song received last year correlates to the song's appeal.

The data was collected between January and November 2005 from the hundreds of Digital Auditorium Music Tests we conducted worldwide.

We have also compiled the Top 25 Testing New Songs of 2005 for all formats. This data was collected by users of OnlineTRACKER™, our Internet-based research and E-marketing system. Data was collected between January 1 and December 12, 2005.
